Born in Brazil, Luciana Tamm has been living in Miami for over 15 years. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and has accumulated many years of experience in administrative, management and customer service positions. Luciana has had the privilege of working with VIP customers and other top professionals.

In Brazil Luciana worked for many years at Natan Jóias, one of Brazil's most celebrated and prestigious chains of jewelry stores. She also worked at the Accounting Department of BMS – Belgo Mineira Sistemas, a subsidiary of ArcelorMittal Group, a major steel manufacturing company.

In Miami Luciana has held a management position at Bank Atlantic and most recently worked as a senior vice-president for ComForcare Senior Services. In her capacity as senior VP Luciana was responsible for managing offices in both Miami Dade and Broward County.

Luciana has also been practicing martial arts since 1997 and is currently a third degree black belt. She has gained experience coaching adults and children who compete at a national level. She has organized events, parties, tournaments, and community service projects. Luciana has built an excellent reputation based on personal integrity and dedication to her clients. She always sets the highest standards and works to not only meet but rather exceed the client's expectations. She is experienced in hiring and training employees, prioritizing responsibilities and complying with a variety of customer demands.

Luciana is committed to responding to clients' requests in a prompt, courteous, understanding, efficient, and professional manner. With an appreciation for high standards of living, great organizational skills and passionate about helping people, Luciana found a way to combine business and pleasure with the founding of MAXIMUS INTERNATIONAL ASSISTANCE CORP., a property management and concierge company offering personalized services. She works directly with her clients capturing each one's life style. Even though each client is unique, Luciana believes the satisfaction of being well served is universal.
